Casting jhumki earrings involves creating a wax model or a 3D-printed design of the traditional bell-shaped earrings. This model is encased in a mold, which is then heated to remove the wax, leaving a cavity for molten metal, such as gold or silver, to be poured in. After cooling, the mold is broken away to reveal the raw jhumki, which is then polished, detailed, and finished to achieve its intricate, ornate look.
